Buena Vista Mobility Sales Return Policy
Upon Delivery, please inspect the product. If it is damaged or is not the correct item of purchase, please refuse delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect, you must call Buena Vista Customer Service.
Once you have accepted the delivery, the following apply:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
- The item must be NEW & UNUSED.
-Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Dirty Tires, scrapes, scratches, paint rubs, damage to seats, frame, plastic shrouds, armrests, damage to charging ports, frame, or remotes.
- All accessories and chargers included in the product's box must be returned.
-This may include all keys, front or rear baskets, additional shroud pieces.
- When returning a purchased item, all outgoing freight, delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
You must reference your individual products “Return” tab for any specifics regarding an individual items exclusive return policy. TYPICAL RETURN REQUEST IS 30 DAYS. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping items MUST be in the original packaging.
Returned Items are subject to a restocking fee totaling up to 25%
The Return process is simple:
- Fill out our online Return form, within the 30-return window, or contact us through email Info@BuenaVistaMobilitySales.com. PLEASE include your first and last name, original order number, and the item number you are returning.
- Once the return has been authorized by Buena Vista, you will have 14 days to have the item shipped back to the address given.
- Product will be inspected upon arrival. Our tech team will be looking for damage or any signs of use. If there is noticeable damage or signs of use, we will not be able to fulfill the refund. In this case our team will reach out and you can decide if you would like the item shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees.
- If approved, you will be refunded back to your original form of payment, minus any restocking fees.
PLEASE NOTE: if you have not filled out the necessary Return Request Form, or received return confirmation from our team, your return will NOT be credited.
In order to receive your refund all items MUST be returned within 14 days from the date of return confirmation from our team.
