Shipping Terms and Conditions

 

By placing an order with Buena Vista Mobility Sales, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions:

 

  1. DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to refuse the delivery. If a damaged box is signed for and accepted, and the item inside is later found to be damaged, a refund on the product will not be possible.

 

  1. SHIPPING TIMEFRAME: Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed and payment is received. Please note that selecting diamond delivery may add an additional 3-5 business days to the shipping timeframe. If there are delays in shipping that go beyond the standard timeframe, the customer will be notified.

 

  1. DELIVERY SERVICES:

   - All residential deliveries come standard with lift gate services.

   - Standard delivery does NOT include "special services" and only involves unloading the box in front of the house.

- "Threshold Delivery" and "Diamond Delivery" options come with additional convenience features.
Please review these options before completing your order.

 

  1. DELIVERY ADDRESS: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Buena Vista Mobility Sales is not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. Please thoroughly verify that all shipping information is accurate prior to completing purchase.

 

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery options. Additional options must be clearly detailed by BVMS staff.

 

  1. TRACKING INFORMATION: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

 

  1. DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS: In cases where a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address correction.
