If you have an issue with your mobility equipment within the first year after purchase,
just reach out and we will have a certified technician visit your home to diagnose and
repair your product FREE of charge.
Please note: Replacement parts are NOT included in our service contracts.
Replacement parts will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, specific to your
model.
If, for any reason, the warranty is voided, your service contract will be as well.
ONLY warranty part replacement is included in our extended service contract.

In-Home Service Calls
If you have not purchased the service contract, or your contract has expired, we can still send someone to your house for a service visit – We also have a FULL LINE of parts available for your purchase & repair. The cost per visit for required labor is $295.00
Service contracts are NOT an extension of your warranty that cover cost of replacement parts. They also DO NOT cover product maintenance, or parts that are NOT covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
